岐阜県産豚を食べました ！

以前よりお知らせ致しておりました「岐阜県産豚を食す会」を岐阜中濃ミートさんのご協力のもと開催する事ができました。

台風の影響が心配されましたが当日は皆様お集まり頂き、お腹いっぱい岐阜の豚を召し上がって頂きました。

シェフ達による肉に合せたソースも４～５種類ご用意して、肉を焼き。

我が家の娘も頑張ってお手伝いしてロースとんかつとヒレカツを山盛り作ってくれました！

シメはシェフのボロネーゼ。

パスタもソースもお好みで、という子供の頃の夢のよう。

とても楽しくて色々な方とたくさんお話もできて有意義な一日でした。

これも参加して下さったお客様方、手伝って下さった料理人の仲間たち。

そして美味しい岐阜産豚に携わっている畜産の方々のおかげだと思います。

九州で生まれ育った私たちにとって岐阜はとても懐かしい気持ちにさせてくれる、そして豊かな食材の宝庫でもあります。

これから先もこの美味しい豚を大事に頂けます事を願ってやみません。



画像は先日お客様に頂きましたお花、可愛らしく優しい気持ちになります。

いつも毎回色々なお土産を頂きますが毎回本当に嬉しいです。

仕事をしながら頂いたお花を見ながら思わず微笑んでしまいます（笑）
